The Asian companies we partner all operate state of the art tool software, similar to that of own UK design office; the design engineers can communicate swiftly via electronic communication enabling speedy transmission of quotes, layouts or full designs. Working in this manner enables the design process to be strictly monitored by our engineers.

Designs are comprehensive in all areas; this allows us to relate information correctly to our customers or to our UK manufacturing division.
We make sure that all companies who manufacture for us have their own in house design capabilities, the various companies we use employ up to 40 tool design engineers each, with this capacity we can turn completed designs around rapidly.

Records are kept of all design data in the UK for future maintenance requirements on all tooling that is manufactured overseas, assisting periodical tooling maintenance or immediate repairs & spare parts service.

We understand what is being designed, we understand what our customer’s requirements are and we know what the manufacturer needs to get the job done. Understanding exactly what is being manufactured is vital.
