The companies we partner range in size and scope from 75 employees to companies comprising of 1,000 staff, the capacity between them is considerable as is the skill and experience.
We cover progressive tooling, form and draw tooling, transfer tooling, plastic injection molding, die casting, covering all fields of manufacturing.

We visit the overseas manufacturer to monitor progress on each project; the amount of project management depends on each individual project which is agreed from the start. Weekly photographic evidence of manufacture is supplied along with weekly updated timing plans.

We are stringent that each company operates their own 'total in house production' ensuring full control of the manufacturing flow of each project.

Each company is competent in all modern manufacturing methods, 3D CNC machining, CNC wire erosion, CNC die sinking, CMM, all vital to tool manufacturing.

On UK reciept of the tooling, our UK manufacturing division is responsible for any debugging issues and tool proving, and when the customer is satisfied with the quality and reliability of the tooling and the components it produces, we commission on site ready for production. Our after sales technical service is then on hand to assist for maintenance, repair or spare parts.
